About this service

Spotless, pure-water exterior window cleaning for single-story homes in Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Leland, and Hampstead. Our uniformed, insured crew hand-washes and squeegees every pane, then details frames, sills, and screens so the glass looks freshly installed. Most homes are finished in about four hours and you get before/after photos texted to you the same day. Backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if any pane isn't perfect, we come back and re-clean it at no charge. Optic is a local Wilmington-based crew and we treat your property like it's our own: shoe covers indoors when needed, drop cloths over plants, and full cleanup after every job.
